First time here. I called and was able to get in an hour later! I was desperate for a color correction. Went to a salon the previous day and they messed up my highlights BAD! Jen did an AMAZING job and really listened to my concerns and did everything she could to meet my expectations. The price was comparable too. Service and atmosphere was great! Very welcoming! I couldn't be happier, and definitely looked better than when I walked in! Will definitely be going back!

I am a licensed cosmetologist myself and was looking for a salon to tackle a pretty big challenge in taking me from a very very vivid red to a brown and blonde ombre. I have been using a professional red for a while which apparently from what I'm hearing the color line I chose to use gold onto the hair VERY well and it's very hard to get rid of red tones in general let alone this color line, so, it was a big challenge. I called beforehand and explained the situation and asked whether they'd be willing to try and they got me in the same day. I got there and my appointment was with Ryan, and she did a very full consultation with me and we looked at pictures of what my end goal would be since as a hair dresser I know that going level 5 red to brown and blonde ombre is not possible in one session unless i want to be bald after haha. She tailored to my wants and needs while still being realistic (i didnt want to cut off much of my hair but knowing that lifting to blonde could cause significant damage, we discussed it might be better to cut an inch if it was needed)- She also was very understanding of the fact that I had 4 kids at home and was very on edge leaving dad with the kids for 4 hours and offered several times for me to run home if I needed to to check on them (I live right around the corner). She did an AMAZING job and completely blew away my expectations. I'm also not exaggerating when I say this, i left the salon with my hair in better condition then when I walked in even after bleaching. She recommended products to keep my hair in good shape between colorings and I can honestly say with 100% confidence that I have never been as happy with my hair as I am now, and never had such an amazing hairdresser and I've been to MANY places around here as I've worked in salons since I was 14. If you're looking for a new look and want someone amazing to do it, I recommend Ryan!
