If I can give no stars I would I had the most racists moment Hair Cutteryn Romeoville first off couldn’t find it my appointment was at 5:30 walk inside at 535 she looked at me with the ugliest look took a moment then talk me like O AFTER 5mins we cancel your appointment I’m like it’s 535 tho well now it’s 536 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️duh we talking didn’t know Time was supposed stop. She like well I put two people in front of u so you now got wait 30-40mins ok whatever sat down 20min pass well YOUR KIND OF PPL HAIR IS NORMALLY DARK I HAVE DO IT ANOTHER TIME WAIT WHAT WELL IF U WANT IT JUST HOW IT IS IM LIKE OK LET ME SEE SO 25 mins pass she must thought I was going say never mind see I didn’t she like well it will have be another day REALLY I BEEN HERE THIS LONG CAUSE I HAVE MY PPL HAIR WHATEVER THAT MEANS I NOW HAVE WAIT CAUSE YOU DONT FEEL LIKE IT..then I just called today Alia pick up and she was disrespectful and hung up on me

Didn't expect to have the best experience here all honesty. Rita is friggn awesome. She took care of my mother in law and I and we both literally STRUTTED OUT THOSE DOORS. Rita was amazing with our hair. She did hesitate at all. I love the way my hair feels and looks. Definitely reccomend her 100%!!!! She is defintely a keeper!
