Trying a new salon has always been stressful for me! Annie was so patient with me and a great communicator! She was attentive to my concerns and the result was gorgeous, multidimensional hair color! So happy I gave this place a try. The atmosphere is high-end but not stuffy and so is the impeccable customer service. Also, it's beautifully decorated and the salon chairs are super comfortable!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Epoch! I feel like a movie star! Beth did the most incredible job with my color and Ashley did an insane blowdry and perfect beachy curl. Beth also spent extra time teaching me how to curl my own hair! The space has the best vibe and everyone is so nice!! I can’t wait to go back! Highly, highly recommend!

I love how their studio is very open and welcoming. The stylists there are so kind and really listen to you about your hair and how to style and tame it! I would definitely come back and get my hair done again.

the best stylists in Chicago recently upgraded to a beautiful new space! I’d follow these ladies anywhere. Beth and Leslie are incredible, but you really can’t go wrong with any of the stylists.
