Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady sat on the phone the entire 6 hour at point screaming in B my ear. When are asked how long it was going to be the lady completely ignored me. I asked her name, again she completely ignored me. Her attitude was nasty. We got into it. Safe to say she’s lucky I paid before my service was rendered or I’d have left w half a head done. NEVER will I go back.

Not a good place to get Locs retwisted. She used black gel and sprayed spritz in my Locs. She twisted my Locs so much, that it looked like coils in my hair, on top of that some of my hair wasn't fully dry after being under hair drier, had so much wet of gel in my hair that I had to go home to wash it out. I would not recommend for twisting of Dreads.

They were the only place I could find in fort wayne to braid my hair but it's not worth it I promise you. They are so inconsistent, they dont braid your hair all the way down, they braid your hair how THEY want not how the paying customer wants. I wanted longer braids than the usually shoulder length braids they do and she told me no, that's too long for them to do. Dont even bother showing a picture of what you want because they'll just say ok and do what they want or know. Ever since I started going there I've paid 180 then all of a sudden I asked for longer hairstyle, 1 time, she started charging me 200 every time I went there after. Once you expose you have that much she'll charge you that much even if you go back to the basic hairstyle. I even brought my own hair when I wanted a specific color because they have very little color options. The way they braid is so inconsistent, sometimes it's just fine and then sometimes the braids are waaay too thin and short. They always have random people there gossiping and laughing at your hair, whether it's too "thick" or too long. She told me I needed to perm or straighten my hair before coming because my hair was too thick. They dont care about the pain they inflict on you, they will take the tiniest comb they own and take it through your 4c hair breaking every last strand. They just know to repeat the word sorry over and over but keep doing the same thing. I've had them stop and take a dinner break in the middle of doing my hair, I've had them stop to play with their baby in the middle of my hair. Sometimes you'll be there for 7 hours! I just went for the last time because I'm over it. 200 for basic thick box braids even if you bring your own hair and they try take your supplies after to keep. She was ripping my scalp up braiding my hair recently, doing it so tight, just twisting and twisting unnecessarily. My hair is past my shoulders so there was no reason for her to grip so hard. Please dont give your money to these people they dont care about you or your hair growth.
