AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Brought in my 11 year old for a hair cut, showed the stylist pictures. Did not cut hair as short as we had asked. Daughter said it was ok and we walked out. (Hair cut was $45, plus tip) Daughter cried in the car that this wasn't what she asked for. I called the salon back immediately and explained that as an 11 year old she felt a little embarrassed telling an adult she didn't like what they had done, and could they please fix it? The receptionist was very nice and said to come back in. Just before we came back the owner called me and told me we would be charged for a new hair cut, when her first one was literally 2 hrs prior. I tried to explain to her that at 11 this is kind of new territory and a learning moment, but for the sake of good customer service and retention, please at least fix her hair so she's happy. I don't think I should have to pay >$100 for a simple 11 year olds hair cut. She refused. I was livid. Will not be coming back again.
