I read some of the reviews back and forth but ultimately decided on this location. MACkENZIE WAS GREAT! she was very honest upfront based on what “I wanted” and what “ I needed” I didn’t want to get my hair cut in the first place. I felt confident in her skills after talking to her and completely satisfied afterwards and will be back again specifically to see her. She knows what she’s doing and even recommended a great product.

I've never had someone screw up my hair so bad this last time I came here. I asked for a LONG bob, specifically, those go to your shoulders, maybe shorter if wanted, and I leave with a dutch boy haircut (If you don't know what is, Google it, you'll be horrified). It's one thing if I asked for my hair to be cut short and dislike it, but I didn't. If a stylist starts to cut your hair and doesn't ask how many inches you want off, take that as a huge red flag. The more I try to make it work, the more upset I get.

I just want to thank McKenzie for the unbelievable job she did on my hair. I have NEVER had anyone do my hair as perfect as she did. Not only did she do a superb job, but her attitude, personality and friendly smile adds to her awesome work. Great Clips is blessed to have this "Professional" in their 96th Street store. Please let McKenzie know what a great job she did!
