Talk about disappointing...
Woke up today excited to get my hair done and with a new beautician this was going to be a great day.
Then I saw the text on my phone advising a last minute hair cut bumped my time from 9:30 to 10:30 if that is ok with me....wait was that a question? Because when I responded I had plans later in the day but could be available earlier I received NO response till almost 2.5 hours later stating that we can reschedule for later in the evening or another day. Now mind you, during our scheduling call the afternoon before she was open anytime other than then evening.
So I am to assume she was up at 5:54 this morning scheduling last minute haircuts but not able to respond to me until 20 minutes AFTER my 9:30 scheduled appointment......Ps I also tried to call her cell and left a voice mail around 8:30 just to confirm what time I should be there.
This was a train wreck. So unprofessional and unreliable. Goes in the big NO! Column!
