Went to get my son's hair cut and mine. My son was being super good and sitting pretty still for a 3 year old. Everything look pretty good as to what I could see in the salon. Later on that day I noticed my son had a decent sized chunk of hair missing. I called up their and they told me that my son was wiggling around and caused them to buzz more off then they where suppose to. The man who cut his hair told me my wife said it was okay that their was a giant patch missing from his head! I was totally dumb founded because if either my wife or I would have noticed it we would of made them fix it!!! DO NOT GO HERE WITH SMALL CHILDREN!!!!

Never let the girl named Jessica touch your hair. I’m a blond and walked into the salon with blonde hair. I just wanted my roots touched up and a little lightener on the back. I walked out of the salon with a ring of brunette all across my hair. The top half of my head was brunette and the bottom blonde. She even noticed she made a mistake and told me after she was done that she really hasn’t worked with lightener very much and someone else would have to fix it. She doesn’t even deserve to have her license. I don’t know how she got it but she doesn’t belong anywhere near anyone’s hair.

Dont let this people touch you hair, i use to go when there was a diferent manager and got the hair cut from him. I went to Fabiolas a hair cut place in W. douglas and i love it but it was late so i went to this place again, the lady drop my glases in the floor, spend like 4 minutos and told me my hair with layers was done. i came in with my hair tail down to my but and walk with hair shorter then my waist,i told her i am living she got the manager to try to fix it as at not my front hair is about 3" shorther in the rigth side then the left.

Horrible place , the lady told me it would be 30 minutes wait so I waited with my 4 kids more then 30 minutes, then I see that she’s done and there’s this new family arriving and she starts cutting their hair so I go up and ask one of the ladies how long more would I have to wait and she says 25-30 minutes more and I asked her if the people that arrived had an appointment and she says no so my kids were getting frustrated so I told her that I was leaving , I was so mad 😡 don’t ever go to this place !!!!’

Took my kiddos to get haircuts here. Normally I would take them to the salon but they were looking shabby and we were needing something quickly. My boy is only 17 months and doesn't have much hair. The stylist kept asking if it looked ok. It wa shard for me to tell as he was sitting in the chair, she's the stylist she should know. I asked her to fix a few area I could see. After I left I noticed that several spots that she buzzed still had hair that was a few inches long. I had to go home and spot cut his hair. Really? I get younger kids are hard but he was being super good and didn't even move his head. Another stylist did my daughters hairit was ok but the Cut was not what I had asked for. However I wasn't even upset by that. I didn't expect it to be exactly what I was wanting because it was a more technically involved cut. But my sons hair was just ridiculous. It was literally a 3 minute cut that I could have cut better. I definetly didn't expect an $80 cut but I did expect the buzz to uniform and even throughout the area that was buzzed with clippers.
