After double checking my appointment the night before. I arrived from out of town early in the morning, chairs were already full, surprised that I was there. Had to wait 4-5 hours before they could get to me. Braids way too tight, little amount of hair used on my edges and ended up ripping out my hair. Not very professional. Offered a discount, but never received it.

Braids are great, tighter than I need. Prices are high for different types of styles.

My hair looks beautiful! However the lady whom did my hair braided EXTREMELY to tight. Even after i asked it to be more loose. She broke off strands when combing my hair. Did not use care for my natural hair. Just ripped and broke and was extremely rough on my head. I will not ever been back.
