I met Ashley M a while back at a different location and thought she did a great job of cutting my hair. This matters to me because I had the same gal for years in the city I come from and have struggled for about a year to find someone here that could do the job justice by comparison.
Sadly, I lost track of her for a while as my go to for a great cut. While others have tried, only one other came close. As luck would have it, I didn't have the luxury of getting the other stylist or my usual store. So I was very happy today when I went to this location over lunch and had the good fortune of Ashely being there.
I don't think my hair is that tough to cut. I don't think I ask for anything fancy. But it is thick and stubborn, so little "mistakes" tend to show up as soon as I wash my hair. From the day Ashley cuts my hair to the day I go back (and I wait far too long), I feel great about my hair. I'm always impressed by the stylists that can look at the overgrown jungle sitting atop my head and know just what it should be when the war to tame it is over. She is one of the seemingly very few with that vision. Most importantly, she takes the time to care about the little details. She nailed the fade on my strangely shaped head the first time she cut my hair and didn't miss a beat nailing it again today. I've even added a little twist in how I like it done and she crafted that as if it was a 2nd nature to her.
So, Ashley, thank you for caring enough to pay attention to the details! You are a credit to the profession and to your store! I'll be back.
