I absolutely love my new hair! Jennifer did a great job. She was very confident and nice. I have had a very difficult time finding anyone to do a good job on my hair. She did wonders. I will definitely go back.☺

Jennifer is always awesome! I have some ridiculously hard hair to cut right and she nails it every time (and has for 10 or 11 years) no matter what style we go with. I love the Aveda product line too. ❤

Terrible customer service! This place will never give you your Pure Privledge bonus points unless you follow up with them and call them numerous times...and even then I still had not received my points MONTHS later. So I finally called Aveda and it was taken care of in 15 minutes. According to Aveda, the salon never even turned my points in for redemption! Lesson learned: don’t buy products from this salon; only purchase from Aveda online...it’s always free shipping and usually comes with free samples! And you never have to worry about your points! Also, Samantha is a mediocre stylist. Her cuts are average but she colors hair as if she were still in school. So if you are looking to have color done...beware! Because you are paying prices of a normal Aveda salon!
