Long time patrons at the great clips location. The “temporary” hours that have been ongoing for a couple months, are becoming difficult to work with as we work day shifts. Being as it is probably the busier location in Floyd County, I have watched a lot of clients being turned away because of closing at 7 p.m. I would assume that the weekends and after 5 p.m. Mon-Fri are Great Clips busiest hours. Seems like a lot of lost money... We will be finding somewhere else to get our hair cuts after having checked in online with a 40 minute wait and being turned away 5 minutes before 7 p.m.

Lydia was great, she interacted with my son & did a great job with his hair. Highly recommend her. They just need to get their stuff together on the online check in. I've been here twice to get my sons haircut, checked in online both times & both times when we arrived on time, we were told we had at least another 30 min wait with 3-4 people a head of us. This is after an already 24-35 min "wait " online. I fully expect at least a 5-10 min wait after I arrive but 30 or more? That's why I'm only giving it 3 stars.

Hours of operation are ridiculous and as soon as you walk through door it’s all negative postings at service counter “we no longer this” “we don’t accept that “ “ no this”. Lol. Sad!
