Paid for a cut and perm but hair turned into a rat's nest. I asked how they could fix and was not given any suggestion. They tried to blame on products in my hair but I haven't done anything to my hair in over 6 weeks. They then tried to blame on cut but they cut it. They were out of a conditioner to soothe the hair. So disappointed.

A stylist cut my bangs so short I have to wear headbands then harassed me online and called me all kinds of names. When I called The manager did nothing. Most unprofessional place ive ever seen. Stylist Lakin. I would go to her again.

I had a horrible experience with my bangs cut completely different than what I asked for. I drove directly to another FS in tears to ask for a refund. I was told to find corporate's number and ask. All that was offered was a $5 giftcard on a $18 haircut that had me in tears. They still made $13 off me for doing the wrong thing. You will not get your money back. Buyer beware. There is no business that operates this way that I've ever ran into. If you don't like the service on something permanent like your hair- YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY

I got my hair colored this past weekend by Alana. She was super friendly and helpful and my color looks great! I have already received 6 or 7 compliments on it in less than 3 days! I would definitely recommend this location and her!
