Took my son to supercuts for the first time today. Not knowing how the check in process worked, I stood in front of the register for a minute before one of the employees told me to go ahead and have a seat and they'll take our name. We sat down. I looked around and noticed all the stylists had a customer, so my son and I waited. One stylist was finished with her her customer, so I thought, oh great, she'll take our name down. Nope. She chatted with the customer's mother. Then went to an empty station and chatted with the other stylists. She went back to the register, and I'm thinking, ok our turn. Nope. The second stylist finished with her customer. At this point, she took their money. Then proceeded to take our name, 6 minutes in. Ok sure, maybe they have a system. They take turns or whatnot , so we wait for them to sweep up their station. They finished sweeping, then both the stylists proceed to the register, and I was excited thinking, it's our turn. Nope. They went to count their money/tips. I looked at my phone. By this point, we've waited 10 minutes. And still have not been called or at least advised that they'd be with us, etc. So I went and politely asked one of them to take our name off, left and needless to say, we will not be coming back.
