I went here for the first time and I thought everyone was generally very nice and welcoming. It was easy to make an appointment and get into the salon. However, my experience was subpar. The hairdresser who did my hair ended up leaving my head wet, saying she was done, she had to leave for whatever reason, and didn't hand me off to anyone else to finish drying my hair. She had me leave the salon with wet hair. I haven't been back to this location since then because I found that to be highly unprofessional.

Stopped by here to get my eyebrows done on a whim. While they looked good, i was charged $30, which is double anywhere else. They didnt tell me the price until after nor did they have it listed anywhere. I feel if your gonna charge double what other people charge you should tell people that upfront. I will never be going back there.

Came here with my daughter to get her hair cut and colored. Sharon, the stylist, did exactly what my daughter wanted in terms of color, but my kid didn't like it and started crying (she's 12). Sharon was very calm and reassuring and explained that she would be happy to change it. Poor Sharon was with my kid from 330 to 8pm. While I waited I asked if anyone could cut my hair, and Matt said he could squeeze me in and did an excellent job on my hair. Just as he was finishing my hair, another client of his walked in and waited briefly while he finished my cut and I realized he really had squeezed me in. When Sharon finished my daughter's hair, my kid still didn't like it, but I thought it looked amazing. Sharon explained that the color will change a bit after a few washes. When we got home my kid went to her room for 20 minutes then walked out and said she loved it! She said she was just shocked at first by the difference. I have to say we really pushed this salon to the breaking point and they truly came through for us both. I am really grateful for the top notch service and above and beyond hospitality. Sharon handled my kid with all the patience and kindness one could ever hope for.
