Lisa is the best. Will continue to go to her. Wish the app would allow you to request a stylist so the time could be more accurate.

Told employee he was cutting it to short and he argued with me. He needs to realize every school requirements are different for ROTC. Won't be back if he has to cut my son's hair.

I walked in today .... and tall burnett in the back corner came up and "yelled" do you sign up on line... i said no... very rudely said " it will be two hours" I will never go back .... very poor customet service and I will report her to corporate...

Signed in online, and arrived before the next online signin arrived. I was skipped because he was one of their regulars. We both signed in online, I arrived first and he went before I did. I go to great clips out of convience and to save time. Once in haircut was good and Courtney did a great job.
