If you need a color or touch-up...

If you need a seasoned colorist, ask for Tammy! She's fast, no nonsense, and gets the job done well. I am always complimented on my color after an appointment with her.

Quality haircuts and styles, located in Fern Creek. Plenty of parking and lots of area. Very clean and nice store, great products and employees. They have been here for a while. Usually easy to walk in and get a person to wait on you. Very close to local stores.

While their customer service is great their skill is terrible. I went there to have my hair lightened for ombre... I came out with VERY blunt roots and orange hair. It looked terrible.. They did not check the foils and over processed my hair leaving it feeling like gum!! The manager sat back and watched her ruin my hair because it was 10 minutes passed closing time when they finished. I spent $180 for a disaster. I had to go back and beg for a refund to try to get it fixed else where... Not to mention a week later my sister went in for a cut, one side was about 2 inches longer than the other, and they cut her nose with the shears. We will NEVER go back.

Love my stylist, wouldn't trust anyone but Sierra with my hair! Everyone here is always nice too, and from what I can see all the others are skilled too, I'm just picky.

I frequent this store and I love it. Clean, friendly and the staff really care. Brenda, Siera, Penny and Amber are the BEST! (All the stylists are great, btw)
