I had a head full of hair went in there said exactly what I want which was not almost 8 inches cut off. I just straighten my hair at home to see what all was done to my head and I have chunks missing every where on my head. The women was to damn busy talking and not focusing on what her client was telling her I wanted. Sign says 14.50 for a cut I some how was charged 25.50 I will be calling tomorrow to speak with a manager and will be disputing this with my bank as well. As now I have to go else where to get my hair fixed that is already up to my ears! I am extremely mad and upset.

Horrible! The first time i went was great 2nd time i was ignored for almost 20 minutes will never go back there again. But the first time it was a lady who was really really nice 2nd time around Different people and just rude!
