I've used this great clips for three years now. However I just had the worst customer service experience. I show up at 4:45 they close at 6. 2 people waiting, 3 listed on their system. They have 3 stylists. I walk up and the girl says we close in an hour and we aren't taking anymore people bye. I could understand if I show up at 30 minutes till they close or even if they only had one stylist. I've worked retail and I understand but an hour and 15 minutes with only three people in line.... They just lost my business.

Great place, they keep you on file so you can get the same cut every time. Great staff pretty casual and friendly. Prices are about average for standard hair cuts/trims.
