Told the guy to trim and follow shape. Long layers. He did not listen to a word I said. Butchered my hair! Now I have to figure New way to style it...wish me luck!

I will never go back here!! The guy working there will give you what he wants! No matter what you tell him!! And the manager watched the choke thing and never tried to fix a damn thing!!

Went in for a haircut, was told it would be 30 minutes. After I signed in, I ran to Walmart. Came back 20 minutes later to see someone else getting their hair cut. I wasn't offered an explanation or even acknowledged when I returned. Worst service ever and a complete waste of my time.
