I asked for a drastic a frame, short in the back and past my shoulders in the front. A man who never provided his name chopped off so much of my hair that it barely reaches my chin in the front. When I saw how short he cut one side, I told him it was too short. He just shrugged mumbled "sorry" and then continued hacking away at my hair until over 4 years of growth was gone. I left in tears and hating my haircut and he didn't even make an effort to pretend he felt bad.

I'm always wary with chain hair cutting establishments because most employees of these type establishments don't listen and have chopped my hair as if my opinion didn't matter at all. But this location....Wow! Great hair cuts by everyone I've had cutting my hair, especially Tanya and Derek. They cut my hair as of they've always cut it! The salon is kept very clean and tidy and appears to stay steady but not over busy. The manager, Tanya, is extremely personable in addition to everyone else I've encountered. They don't seem to forget names or faces! All around great experiences! It's the only place I've gone for a haircut since I moved to Baton Rouge!

I had to walk out before Alisia went any further on a long bob..and her disrespectful mouth if you don't know how to cut hair put the scissors down this is a disgrace...I wouldn't even pay a dollar for that I think my daughter could cut better hair

Derek Washington cut my hair today, my first time with him as a hairdresser. I was very pleased, he listened to what I was looking for and did a good job

Excellent service, quick turnaround and great cut. I get my hair from my Mexican -American side of my family and it's great having stylists here who know what to do with my thicker, wavier hair.
