Shenita has been my hair care manager for over 2 years now. She is all about hair health. Over the years I have allowed her to be creative with my locs. She has not disappointed me yet. What I appreciate about her most is that she respects your time. My time is extremely valuable when Shenita schedules me for an appointment I do not sit around for hours waiting to get in the seat. I am in and out. Money is something you can make over and over again. Time is something once used you never get it back.

The owner of Afro Swank salon SHENITA BARNETT OPOKU located at 5200 Crowder blvd, Suite 103 New Orleans ,La 70127. I went to her salon for services for the FIRST TIME ON March 22,2016 at 7:45 am. The services I requested were for her to dye my real hair and my extensions and install the extensions in my hair. After she put the dye in my hair ,She left my hair unattended and went to Winn Dixie grocery store located three miles away. This was unprofessional. She finished my hair when she returned . I contacted her on Saturday, March 26,2017. My scalp was irritated and my extensions were bushy . This shouldn't happen with this type of hair. I told her I had chemical burns from the dye . She told me she would call me late that evening so we could get together the next day ,Sunday March 27,2016. I didn't hear from her Saturday or Sunday .Finally, I contact her Sunday afternoon to see what was going on . I didn't get a response from her. I don't want Anyone to go through what I experience it now a whole later and I have Loss ALL MY HAIR! SHE'S RUDE AND REUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY! BUT I PUT IT IN THE LORD HANDS

The owner of Rightesous Headz Beauty salon Shenita Barnett has been my stylist for several years now and never seems to amaze me with her knowledge and creativity of treating and styling my hair. It's rare to find a stylist that's professional & multifaceted. Whether you're getting a sew-in, braids, locks or natural hair styles, you will leave there feeling beautiful and empowered. Always servicing her clients at their scheduled appointment time and not overbooking makes me appreciate her quality of professionalism ever more. I highly recommend Shenita for all your styling needs. She has been a blessing to me and to my hair.

Shenita has been my hair and my daughter for years and always done a wonderful job with giving us what we love and better and keeping our hair healthy!!! Highly recommended!!!
