I've been going to Jolene for her hair-cut-magic for years! She always does such a wonderful job making my hair look exactly how I want. She's so wonderful to talk to and welcomes my input into how I want my hair to look. I definitely recommend her for any of your hairstyling needs!!

Okay, so I can't comment on all of the stylists there, and I'm sure that some of them are exceptional. But when I went there I asked them to give me subtle, barely-there highlights. She and I picked out colors and I picked one very close to my natural color. What came out was white, uneven streaks all over my head. i debated whether I should try to dye my own hair ( a big mistake, I've done this before) or just suck it up and call the salon and tell them that I'm unhappy, I decided on the go back to the salon. The girl told me to come in right away. And she not inly fixed my hair, she also gave me a complimentary conditioning to help with the ends of my hair that were a bit tinged by the bleaching and highlighting process. Now my hair looks really natural, as if a little sun has hit my head rather than a lightning bolt. And it feels much better to the touch. I appreciate her going out of her way to make things right. I may even go back.

Highly recommend Randall as a colorist and stylist. He listens carefully and delivers! He's done my hair at its shortest, longest, most dyed and natural and it always looks amazing afterward. Thanks!
