Everyone was pleasant! Veronica took very good care of my hair. I have visited Dominican hair salons before & I was concerned that my hair would get burned with excessive heat BUT it wasnâ€™t. She was personable & fast. My normal stylist wasnâ€™t available & I had an event to get to. I was in and out within 90 minutes. Great job. Iâ€™ll be back â¤ï¸â¤ï¸

Just came from this salon and I decided last minute after work to get my hair done. Being from New York I already have high expectations from Dominican salons and ofcourse I had my concerns. As soon as I got there I was shampooed (thoroughly 3x!!) and went straight into the styling chair afterwards. Marianna blow dried my hair meticulously and curled it with the flat iron exactly how I had asked her. It was fabulous and I left a very happy customer and I will return again! Their customer service is on par with their styling skills as well!!

Horrible customer service. just horrible. If you are looking for a dominican salon in the pikesville area, AVOID this place and head right on over to TOP dominican. They OVERCHARGE people. I got charged numerous times on my account because something was wrong with their system and I had to contact the bank and claimed it as FRAUD. The owner insisted of writing down my bank card info and as i caught her I took the paper away. WHO writes down someones bank info? Then weeks later my card was getting charged again. FRAUD COMPANY . if this happens to someone please notify the bank immediately. PLEASE AVOID THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE AFTER YOUR MONEY. they do a horrible job with your hair and the lady CUT my hair without my PERMISSION

I like being able to walk right in and get serviced but Iâ€™m not liking that the girl whoâ€™s doing my roller set wants me to sit under the dryer for two hours without checking my hair especially when I told her that my hair was dry because my hair never takes two hours to dry i know my hair but she totally ignored me and walked away. I need to speak with the manager or owner of this establishment
