Cute salon but I come here for Heather, she cuts my hair perfectly every time (I have a short pixie cut) and I always get so many conpliments on my hair everywhere I go.

Matt is attentive and deftly skilled with the scissors. Listened to what i wanted and worked with me to get there. Fun to talk with too. This was my first haircut since moving to Baltimore, I will be back.

I started seeing Bethany for my hair ten years ago. Then my husband joined and now my kids see her too. She always gets what we want to do with our hair. She works changes in incrementally and provides solid advice. We would follow her anywhere!

I have thick hair. I've had difficulty finding someone who could could give my hair good shape. I made an appointment at Balance the Salon. Matt was wonderful. He took time to explain what he thought needed to be done to give my hair good shape. I love my haircut. The staff was very friendly. I will return.

Been coming here since it opened more than 10 years ago. Matt, the owner, is a very talented stylist and is a thoughtful and interesting guy. Balance has a soothing vibe, great and accommodating staff, and is one of my favorite places
