I usually buy from Sephora, but my sister raves about Ulta. Well first associate ignored me at all cost, but then we met a very nice associate who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Stood in line, while one cashier just talked and talked...not to customers, fellow employee. When she finally waited on me she was curt and very impatient. So much so that when I left her line one of her fellow employees asked was she ok...what, I was about to pass out and is she ok...my first and last $100 at Ulta...Sephora please take me back!!!

I love to come here and see what make-up there is. They have many brands on stock, which may be helpful for those who use products from different brands. However, I wish the staff would be on the floor more often to check up on the customers to see if they need help with anything or not.

The staff may sometimes be helpful face-to-face but don't even try calling for assistance. They'll won't answer after about 8 rings (or never), or they'll put you on hold for a long time. Your best shot is to go to the store which is a waste of time when your answer could have been answered by phone.

Depends on when you go, but usually the staff doesn't help much unless you CHASE them down. They stand there talking to one another as if you're nonexistent... then when you approach them, they act as if you're interrupting something important. Don't get me wrong, there are a few people who work here who are very helpful! But for most of them, when you ask for their help they act very stuck up... not something I enjoy encountering. In specific, short-medium length blonde haired female who I believe to be apart of management.... boy, does it seem like she hates her job. Oh and don't even think about returning anything, you'll get death stares. I gave two stars because despite the majority, there are a few who are very approachable and helpful. I love Ulta and this is the closest one to me, so hopefully they either update their staff or consider a new method to their working habits.
