My hair stylist was Rose she was very friendly. More hair was cut off than expected but i did asked for layers, anyways that doesn't matter much to me. My reason for dropping two stars was because of the eye brow waxing service (one for pain and bleeding and another for the final look). She seemed kind of inexperienced in the service as she only waxed the hair under my eyebrow (none from the top) and asked was that good. I told her about the hairs above my eyebrow and she used the tweezers to get them which not only hurt but made me bleed in a few places. Also, too much hair was taken from my eyebrow in the middle, my eyebrows now look far apart. I have a very nice natural shape to my eyebrows and asked her to just clean up around the edges. I am disappointed in the final look. My hair is great tho.

This was my second visit to this Hair Cutterly. I had a good haircut my first time, but this time I got my hair cut by April and it was a GREAT haircut! Also they are always friendly and talkative here.

When I walked in to get my hair colored, the lady stated nobody was working that could color my hair. It was 4pm on a Friday? They were all sitting around only 2 women were actually working on clients. I just went to the other hair cuttery and someone else did it. Horrible customer service.

I unfortunately don't remember the name of my hair stylist. She was very friendly which was the only good part of the whole experience. I just wanted a shampoo, blow dry, and straighten. I told them my hair was really frizzy and asked if they had anything that would tame the frizz really well because I was going to my birthday dinner which is at an outdoor location. They sold me on a styling package with a treatment for $46 instead of the $27 I originally would have paid. The lady doing my hair was very sloppy and got some of the water and soap in my eye. Then she had to leave it in my hair for a few minutes, so she went to take a smoke break. Then we got in her chair after she rinsed me and it took her way too long to blow dry and straighten my hair for it to still be frizzy. Granted when I got out of the chair right when she was done it looked good. But the MINUTE I walked out to my car it frizzed up immediately and also it revealed some spots that were not fully straightened. I will caution you, if you do go here and they try to sell you on the "style packages" I would recommend to turn them down. They are a rip off.

By far one of the best Hair Cutterys I've been to. They greet you as soon as you walk in. I had Giovanna the first time and Amanda for my recent visit. Both did a great job, and they are quick so I'm able to go during my lunch breaks.
