I went in and said I wanted to cut my hair short (it was previously below my shoulder blades) and I showed the girl a picture of myself from a couple of years ago where my hair was at my shoulders. She proceeds to cut a BOB. I tell her this isn’t at all what I wanted and she says she’d give me a discount. I left and looked at the receipt and received no discount. I’ve never been so embarrassed of a haircut in my entire life it’s about 4 inches shorter than I asked for. I’ve been to this salon a couple of times and don’t know if I’ll be returning because of this.

Tori is absolutely amazing!!! My hair was a straight mess. Having not colored or cut it in almost a year, she definitely made my hair look awesome!! I let her pick the color n style. Black roots that fades in to different shades of pink n purple 💜 I love it!! Can't wait to continue to come and see what else she can do. Definitely recommend coming to Vivid Salon!!
