I placed a pickup order @ this location, I received an email saying they only had 1 of 2 fragrances. Okay cool. So I go to the location to pick up the “partial order”, After I got my order I walked over to the fragrance part just to double check because I had a gut feeling they had this fragrance. I see a lady sitting on the floor putting new labels on the shelf for the fragrance I needed. I asked her about the fragrance explaining my situation and she’s confused because then she says “We have a lot of that, so person the person who picked the order must’ve wasn’t really looking” she tells the girl through the mic to retrieve the fragrance (which takes her a really long time to find)and at this point in really happy because this is my mom’s birthday gifts and happy to be able to get both or so I thought because then she told me I would have to pay for it again since whoever picked the order marked one as out of stock, only I didn’t have the funds to pay again. I just found this whole ordeal heartbreaking because this all really could’ve been avoided. I couldn’t get the fragrance due to the careless mistake of the person who picked my order.
