best haircut ive ever gotten :^)

Usually a good place, however, this morning I signed in for a hair cut, only one other client there,already being taken care of. I was told it shouldn't be too long. The associate on the floor had to call to the back and tell another associate she had a client. She came out, then couldn't quite figure out who I was. Meanwhile, two more customers walk in, so she took their info, entered it into the computer, then, instead of taking me, she took the girl whose info she had just entered, who had come in for a haircut! I was fuming! If it wasn't for the one stylist I like who does my color, I would absolutely find another place. Terrible customer service today

Not happy, I explained exactly how I want my hair , she cut it to that length but then kept cutting even shorter ,made a comment “you have that hair grows when you cut it” I also wanted layers and my hair to a point in the back but because she cut it too short that was not possible. Hair is very uneven. The only thing she did correctly was thinning it out. If I could leave zero stars I would.
