Hey guys, we are so sorry any unprofessional behavior in our shorp but I just wanted to let u guys know that we have work on all those stuff that you guys complain about and we promise urs everything is good and ready for the new year. Ok i went there several times the work was good but i did get charged a extra 20 dollars the shop isnt all that clean the one lady pulled my hair when its already 3 people on your head they do talk about there customers all the time especially if you are heavier I had seen that with my own eyes the towels they used did not appear washed customer service is horrible

I got a halo braid. It was very nice. My problem is the shop is dirty,they don't use clean anything. They talk in there language all why clients there. She told me 50 over the phone after she was done I paid 80 dollars plus my hair only lasted two weeks I'm pissed!! I would never go back or refer anyone! NEVER!
