Ive been going here for years and love the new location. Very friendly and accommodating. Need to be a little better with making appointments. This last visit had to wait almost 2 hours before they started on my head after having a ten o'clock appointment...wasnt happy...over all was happy with hair. Hope next appointment is better....

I just called this location, during normal business hours. The woman answered the phone and I asked when then closed. She wouldn't tell me when they closed until I told her what type of braids I wanted. Simple corn rows. The she said they were already closed. I will never do business here! They only want to do expensive hair styles. Don't bother giving them your business.

I came here 3 months ago for microbraids with human hair. The hair they use is not 100% human hair, but a blend that I was allergic to. They quoted me at 4 hours to braid my hair, but took nearly 6 hours. 1 braider came in late and worked very slowly. She was the only one working on my head at one point and she was just painfully slow. They told me the time estimate was based on shorter length hair. I ended up rushing out of the store without proper styling or clipping so I wouldn't be late for work. The braids did last a long time though, but I won't be returning. Fatou's in Ann Arbor did just as good of a job in 2-3 hours with cheaper prices.
