Dee cut my hair and it turned out even better than I anticipated. I had never been to a Regis but was switching salons due to a haircut gone wrong and a bad experience overall. Needless to say, I was very nervous going in to my haircut. Dee put me at ease right away by confirming all the parts of the haircut and then double checking we were on the same page before she started cutting. She was so friendly and she did a great job. I'm someone who is very particular about my hair and we ended up cutting off 7 inches. My hair grows pretty fast so I had done this before a few times, but in the past when I had gone from close to hip length to armpit length, I had lingering doubts afterwards. This time was much different because I immediately loved it! I will definitely be returning when I need my hair trimmed and highly recommend her!

Rachel is an incredible stylist. I went in wanting highlights, but due to a prior henna coloring it just wasn't possible. She managed to successfully balayage my dark henna hair to blondish tones at the bottom. It looked awesome, better than I imagined due to my henna coloring, and she spent considerable and thoughtful time cutting my hair (some stylists will spend 5 minutes on you and you're done). She promised I would walk out satisfied and feeling good and she delivered! Definitely going back to see her.

Rude, unprofessional and LAZY. I brought my daughter in to see if they could do a quick and easy haircut. 5 stylists were sitting around doing nothing, some of them on their phones. I was told, after they hesitated to answer me, they would check to see if there were any openings and after a minute of looking through their computer I was told they would call me in a minute. So they jotted my name and number down. I walked back and forth of the store and saw them still sitting around for over an hour. I never received a call back, at all. It's no wonder there were no customers there because these employees are LAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL. Dont waste your time or your money here.

I've been going to Regis for I want to say a little over a year now, and I absolutely love it. Everyone there is willing to help if you have a question about a product. Everyone is really friendly too. I have Rachel color and cut my hair, and have yet to have something go wrong. I tend to go in a switch up my hair color a lot. The stylists also will make a point to start up a conversation with you. I will definitely being going back

Rachel Hedin has done an excellent job in blending my former poor color (done elsewhere) to something I love. She considered what you wanted and mixed in her expertise. I appreciate her honesty in letting me know when I need a trim and when I can wait. She also does my daughters' hair and has made it a great experience for them.
