Not interested in new customers. Went there with my mother on advice of a friend. Stood at the desk while one of the women behind it finished a conversation with departing customer. When customer departed,, she picked up her phone and started doing something. The other one had been doing something on her phone, then started giggling and talking to the first. After a few minutes, I asked if there was someone else we should be talking to about finding a stylist. "Oh I thought you were already waiting for someone", she said. ???!!! "We're looking for Dotty", I replied. "She's not here today" was the answer, then silence. "All right, can you tell me when she will be in next", I asked. ""Hmm--I think next Tuesday." "Well can you give me a telephone number?" She rustled through some papers, then started saying a phone number--no card, no writing it down for us, no giving us pen & paper to write it down. You know how the people at the front represent the way the entire operation is run? We left never to return.
