Really Bad experience

I'm new in town and this looked like a well establish salon. I went in for blonde root touch up and came out with purple hair ! The stylist then put a golden color on and it came out copper penny red ! I'm so embarrassed and my hair is awful and double processed, steer clear of this Place !

Just moved to town & the stars aligned for me to meet another Lees Summit newbie, Tamera! She worked her magic to make my hair everything I'd dreamed. Tamera is incredibly professional, extremely talented, and is a perfectionist (like me)! Cannot recommend her enough. If you need a beautiful cut & color, give Tamera a chance!

Elicya Florez is a fabulous stylist! She's given me some of the best cuts I've had in years. She listens, is able to make adjustments and clearly values client satisfaction. Excited to be seeing her in her new spot at Posh! Cute salon and great location in Lee's Summit. Elicya is a gem 💎

Tisha at Posh is so sweet and amazing! I lucked out, I procrastinated getting my haircut for my sister's wedding. Well, I called at the perfect time because she had a cancellation and took me as a walk-in (which she typically does not). Let me just say I am glad I did, Tisha will definitely be my gal from now on!

Friendly environment and good customer service no doubt. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I think its a good learning experience for everyone. I was kind of disappointed with my haircut in hair color and haircut. I asked for a curtain bangs at the first point of contact and trim on the back. I had a picture of how I wanted my hair to look like. I told her I want my colors to pop since I have some highlights. My roots are black. After the hair color process I can barely see the highlights it like all blended in with my natural dark hair color. Not what I was expecting. And then the haircut. I'm really glad I didn't ask for any layers. My hair is uneven and she didn't do the curtain bangs that I ask from the beginning. I'm unhappy. I normally do my own hair but I just had a surgery so couldn't. She must be new or just an apprentice. She seemed unsure of what she was doing. That's okay everybody has to start somewhere. Nothing against that. My issue is my hair. This has always been my fear. To go to a salon and have a bad experience.
