I just want to say that I just heard on K-Love that this place gave to the K-Love Ministry which keeps encouraging and loving and worshiping music on the radio and I just want to thank you for that may God bless your family & salon many times over and there will always be a place in heaven for a loving caring and giving person!!

"FABULOUS EXPERIENCE! After searching and researching several stylists and shops, I made the decision to book an appointment with Ms. Heard solely based on reviews I read. I had a couple of questions and Ms. Heard responded promptly, courteously and professionally which means a lot when you are seeing someone for the first time. I was her first appointment for the day and Ms. Heard was ready and waiting for me upon my arrival. After being there a short period of time, the conversation flowed easily. Ms. Heard has a kind heart and a warm spirit. I enjoyed my experience from beginning to end and will definitely become a regular. Not only did she do a wonderful job installing my crochet braids, she will also care for your hair, which brings me to a very valid point that many overlook. If you are letting someone braid your hair that doesn't understand how to care for hair, you are doing yourself a dis-service. Ever wonder why you see all these ladies walking around with their edges gone? It's because they're hair is not being cared for and the hair is being braided too tightly. Ms. Heard understands this! Make your appointment today with Ms. Heard - you will not regret it!" Update: Since that review, it's been six months (I think - time flies) and I've become a regular with Ms. Heard, seeing her 1x a month for protective styling. Each and every time, she is on time and provides a great service!

A+ Salon First visit and now it will be a permanent thing...peaceful environment, great service...Ms Ermaine is a very kind, patient stylist and makes her customer her top priority...my hair is damaged and she provided me with the care to make it healthy again with the deep conditioning and the shops special hair oil, that owner Ms Keshia created...tired of your current situation or just looking to upgrade, I advise you to experience a shop that is professional and will leave you pleased...Ms Ermaine, a stylist that will pamper your hair like it needs to be pampered go to Intagible!

She has been my go to ever since moving back to KC! She was upfront and honest about my hair from the beginning! She is extremely educated and knowledgeable about her work. Anytime I want to do something she will give me her honest opinion about how it might affect my hair, the manageability of the style and any other important factors! After going to her for awhile I suggested my mom check her out. Now my mom drives close to 2 hours one way just to see her! So you could say we like her! You will not be disappointed call her and schedule an appointment!
