After visiting this Ulta yesterday, I realized my retainer fell out of my pocket in the store. After calling, the lady who helped me was so nice and kept it at the store! Iâ€™m unsure of her name, but she made sure to wrap it up in a tissue and was so so kind to me. It really means a lot theyâ€™d keep an old retainer they found on the ground, and because of this I no longer have to buy an $800 retainer replacement :)

When it comes to beauty, I know next to nothing, but one of my goals this year is to show up for myself by investing in my appearance. There was this employee who was beautiful and so helpful! I had so many questions and she showed me around the store, explaining the products and making sure that I got the ones best for me. It meant a lot she would invest so much time to teach me. I wish I knew her name so I could recognize her here. Definitely will look forward to coming back!

I have been to ulta beauty for a make up lesson which I am not at all satisfied. I have no experience with applying makeup but after I have been there, i felt I am far better than the beautician there. I hated to look at me after I came out from a make up lesson, where she applied full cover makeup which is very uneven. She just applied foundation and lots and lots powder.. she has no idea how to settle the foundation and make it even although I asked her to do that. Overall its a very very bad experience and I do not recommend

I like Ulta and the fact they offer so many brands is perfect. I do however get irritated with the attitude of some of the sales people. I understand there is a lot of products and new things are coming in all the time but if you offer help and I ask about a product or where something is at and show the person a picture from the Ulta ad then I expect the sales person to help me. Several times I have been told they do not know what it is or they have pointed in a general area and said somewhere over there and then walked away. That is the very reason I do not go in until I absolutely have to and I try to find what I need on my own.
