Donâ€™t yell at your clients! BEWARE! I wanted to add some low lights that were 1-2 shades below my color. While at the shampoo bowl, I mentioned that it was looking a little darker than I wanted. Angela said you will love it and it would add depth to my color. I donâ€™t even like it. The streaks are 4 shades darker than I asked for. All the shine and luster is gone. Iâ€™m left with muddy looking hair. I also have extremely long tangled wet hair. Angela gathered it all together and started ripping through it with a brush. I offered to brush it out myself. Then suggested taking smaller sections or maybe using some detangler. The stylist yelled at me to let her do her job. If your client keeps making suggestions to better handle their hair, maybe you should listen instead of yelling at them. I left the salon half brushed out and wet. At that point, I did not want her to break off any more of my hair. Now I have black streaks, my hair is broken off and looks frizzy. NOT HAPPY! I have had one of the worst experiences at this salon. I did not get the desired highlights that I requested and I even presented a picture of what I wanted. Instead of Angela advising me she was incapable of doing what I asked, she fried my hair. She bleached my hair twice and she burned my scalp! This is not what I asked for. When I texted Angela and let her know of the issues with my hair the next day, she was extremely rude and disrespectful. She did not take accountability and she told me to go to another salon. Now I am spending a fortune to repair the damage that she caused. This was an extremely unprofessional experience with poor customer service and I would not advise anyone to go to this salon if you value your hair.

Found this salon while on let's wine about winter wine walk in Liberty, I spoke with the owner and she recommended Caitlin West. I booked an appointment and thought to myself, this isn't going to be any different from all the other stylists over my 30+ years of long curly hair...was I dead wrong. I was very skeptical at first, trying out a new stylist: having curly hair and never leaving a salon/stylist completely satisfied in my entire life. I loved Caitlin and I have never had a cut like this before. Deva curl is the way to go all you curly haired ladies! It's been 2 weeks since my cut, I'm using the tips Caitlin showed me. I have not taken a brush, pick, or comb to my hair at all in 2 weeks! I am beyond happy and have found my stylist and recommending her to all the curly haired women out there, young and old!

Services are ok at best, I got cushion extentions, they did not get blended at all and she never would call me back for a follow up appointment. I tried leaving several messages.. what a waste of $1000
