I finally found someone who gives a great cut!! Tina was efficient and friendly. I will definitely be retuning and would refer her to my friends and family! !

I made a huge mistake and tried to lighten my own hair with drug store bleaching product. It was a disaster. These ladies at this Fantastic Sams were so kind and professional while they corrected the mess I had made of my hair. I canâ€™t tell the ladies at Fantastic Sams thank you enough for not only fixing my mistake but giving me a beautiful color and cut as well.

I went in w coupon for color/highlighting, came back with an awful job where I had red streaking across the highlights. The first time she did the highlights she noticed that you couldn't even see them so she had to redo them. Then the second time they had red streaking in the blonde highlights. It was well past closing and she was alone so I came back the next day to see the manager. She said she could fix it and stripped all the highlights out. I asked if I could have the money back for the highlights since I did not receive highlights and was told they would call the owner. The owner said because I had a coupon they would not refund the money. I told her that a coupon has nothing to do with the fact that I paid money for highlights and did not get highlights. The coupon was for a color not highlights. I will never go here again.

I had Anna she lied about my wait time told me it woukd be 45 mins instead she meant a 1:45 minutes. She did not once apologize WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANNA

I did my own bonded extensions at home and it looked horrible without it being trimmed or styled. To my horror I found out that most salons won't touch your extensions at risk of being reliable for it, but this place was here for me and made sure to fit me in that day for it to be trimmed. The lady did a great job cutting my extensions and giving me some pointers. They had low prices and did great!
