The customer service at this location was atrocious. I had checked in using their online check in app. When the app told me 7 minutes to my appointment I made the 5 minutes journey to the location. By the time I arrived the app now said 35 minutes. When I tried to question how long it would be the lady refused to speak to me until I gave her my phone number and address. Multiple times I tried to explain that I only wanted to know how long it would actually be and she ignored all questions until I gave her my address. She then explained to me that "the computer don't cut hair so I don't know what it be telling you". I realize that these are franchise locations but I hope the owner is aware of how people trying to give him money are being treated. I also hope that Great Clips corporate office is aware of the reputation this location is earning them.
