I came in today to treat myself for my birthday and had a great experience! I asked for help on figuring out what color foundation I should get, and Cherry ended up doing my makeup for me and made me feel amazing! As a busy mom, I don’t get out to do stuff like this much, and she really really made my day and made my birthday even better. I will be back to see her!

The stylist there cut one third of my hair off without me telling her to! I lost 6 months of hair growth after telling her to give me a trim, showing her pictures, and describing what I was asking for. I will not be returning to this salon again.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! I enjoyed shopping here today. I actually just left the store and needed to write a review because one employee in particular made my day. I went in for a hair styling (just some loose curls) and was booked with Mason. I had a rough morning, but after sitting in Mason's chair, my whole day turned around. Mason was so kind and really made me feel comfortable, and we had a great conversation in my short time there. Thank you, Mason, for being so personable and making sure I left the store feeling confident ans beautiful.

Wish I could give this location negative stars. I've gone to other locations and the employees are great but at the Brentwood location I was completely ignored until I was leaving when the employee behind the register said hi and offered to help me, but after not being able to locate the product I was looking for myself and being ignored for about 20 minutes I wasn't going to give this location any of my money. I encourage anyone wanting to shop at Ulta to skip Brentwood and go to a different location where the employees actually care about the customers.
