As a man, I walked in to purchase men's shampoo. I knew what I wanted when I walked in. When asking for assistance in locating the product, they did not carry it and the red-headed sales-woman proceeded to insist I purchase it online. She didn't know exactly what I wanted, nor did she ask. It was struggle to get out of purchasing it in store online, when that wasn't my goal in the first place. Please ask your clients if they would like to purchase online rather than assuming.

This experience was incredible. The Lancome lady was such great help. The benefit brow lady was awesome. The lady at the checkout was so friendly.

After waiting 30 minutes for the Benefit Brow lady to come in (she never ended up coming), they told me that if I waited another hour the Ulta Salon would do my brows. When I came back an hour later, no one was back by the salon. After 20 minutes, I finally got in, and she waxes only underneath my brows and gives me the mirror. I had to ask her to trim them. To put it nicely, I have never had my eyebrows look this bad in my life. After going to another place to get them fixed, all they could recommend was using castor oil until they grow back. This location made me lose the respect I had for Ulta as a company. I do not know who they hire to work in their "salon" but I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
