I took my 16 years old daughter there as a b'day present. She was supposed to get from brown to blonde. The stylist name is Jamie. 2 hours later and $220 shorter - her hair was same brown color but slightly shorter. My daughter was very upset and dissatisfied! The manager said they don't give refunds and if she don't like something - we can pay and try again. Horrible Horrible experience! Seeing your child being sad on her b'day and those women being so rude, unprofessional and heartless... I would not recommend this place! I'm 45 and NEVER had situation when hairdresser refused to fix her mistakes! So I had few more conversation with them: 72 hours satisfaction guarantee means that you have right to book another appointment and pay again hoping next time stylist can make it right. By their policy: "Stylist always right, if customer not satisfied it's problem of a customer". My 16 y.old sign consent online while booked an appointment. The law stated that she should be 18 for it to have any value. The weirdest thing - THAT SALON WAS SUED SO MANY TIMES THAT IT HAVE A LAWYER ON STUFF!!!! Would NOT recommend!!!
