8am listed as OPEN time on door and web site, but times I have been there in 2018 at 8am, then don't open till 9am. Happened again today, asked staff about this. They said there was a note on the door. Re-read note, had info about closing early, made no mention about opening. Went back in and informed staff their sign has nothing about changes in OPEN time. Staff unable to explain.

Very rude over the phone today. "do you have time for me to bring my child in for a cut this afternoon?" "we always have time" Long silence. "ok can I bring him in around 3:30?" "okaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy......" No thanks I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I decided on a whim to get my very long hair cut for the summer, and I am glad I did! Jami was very kind, and she listened to my ideas for length/cut. (I showed her a picture of my old cut, and she was very receptive to it.) I had a great, efficient experience, and I would come back in the future - thanks!
