I would say my first visit was a 3 but my 2nd experience wasn't all that great. I call back to reschedule an appointment. And the person who handle my call was very cold and unwelcoming. I feel that lisa as a stylist is good but the business could work on improving their customer service etiquette. As due to this experience I will not be returning to Lisa for a cut and a style. I also been to verve and if you have the extra budget for a haircut it is a little gem inside the tower grove neighborhood. The service is overall great, friendly staff and the stylist are great. Their level of skill is definitely worth the price. Cuts vary from 35- to 50 but like I said totally worth it. It cludes a professional consultation, shampoo/conditioning and cut/ styling. Great experience for to treat your self.
