Zero stars. I checked through the app at 10:30am and it said 1 minute wait. My name was literally at the top of the list when I arrived at 10:45am, but there are 6 other people waiting. I was skipped over once... TWICE..... THREE separate times. After telling me, "Oh, you're next" when I arrived. An HOUR later, all while sitting amongst bratty kids, my name timed out and completely went off the check in list. Screen shot below. Their online check-in is a joke. With 5 people waiting in line, the wait times are obviously wrong. Other Great Clips in town will lie and tell you they are differently owned, but this same exact instance happened to me at 56th and Hwy 2 as well. Avoid this franchise and just find a reputable salon.

Visited the 84th and Holdrege location on Saturday, had my 2 year old sons hair cut, after waiting almost an hour. She rushed through his cut and it looked so TERRIBLE, I ended up taking him somewhere else to have it fixed. I will never trust them to cut our hair again.

Recently has 9inches cut at a different salon but I was very unhappy with the cut. Becky from 84th and Holdredge worked magic and turned my hair into what I wanted all along. THANK YOU BECKY!! I will go to her from now on. She took her time and made sure I was 100% happy (all while correcting the damage the other person did). I really appreciate the time and effort she spent on me.

Melissa was awesome it was my first time being there and I got coupons like my next haircut is like 7 bucks and she told me there hours very courteous and explained the online check in she helped me with it on my phone it was a great place and great first expirence and not only that she's fast and I got the best haircut of my life my wife was very pleased.

Great cut! I us d to go to Cost Cutters, but the cuts had been disappointing. So I tried great clips and wasn't disappointed. The stylist was a great listener and made sure to explain things before she cut, and mad certain not to take too much off. She was very friendly. Only thing I wish was the cost being a bit lower to include a style. Regardless of cost I'll be going back. It's difficult to find a good stylist these days. Well done!
