I booked an online appointment with Mollie. I arranged childcare and was at the appointment a few minutes early. I walked in the door and Mollie (who was standing at the sinks) told me she doesn't do online bookings (even though the Eve website led me to her online booking!) She said that she saw my booking online but that I'd have to reschedule another time. No "I'm sorry.". No offer to make things right. She didn't even attempt to contact me and tell me I didn't have an appointment! I was simply told that I would have to rebook. Incredibly unprofessional. Not only will Eve Salon no be getting my business, I will tell my friends about this. Ridiculously poor behavior.
