I called to make an appointment for a Tuesday. I get a call on Tuesday to tell me that my appt for Wednesday was cancelled. When I told her I scheduled it for Tuesday she said she doesn’t even have a stylist and was extremely rude about me scheduling another appt. she kept trying to get me to schedule during times I already mentioned didn’t work. Very frustrating experience all around and completely unprofessional.

Color was ok, $150 for a PARTIAL highlight, trim and condition. Pet peeve is when they do another clients full service while bleach is in my hair.

My hair is a little over a centimeter long, and the stylist still managed to trim it into the most awful uneven cut. I cannot go out in public without spiking it with gel now because it is so obviously a hack job. I should have expected that when the lady cutting my hair had her own hair dyed into a hideous blue and green mess.
