Employees appeared to be miserable. The stylist that did my hair made me feel as if I was an unwelcome interruption. I wouldn't have minded her terrible attitude if she had at least done a good job styling my hair. Unfortunately, my hair looked terrible. I paid $55 + tip and had to re-style my hair as best as I could. My husband and I ended up cancelling our dinner plans because I was embarrassed by my hair. I reached out to Drybar last weekend to share my experience but got no response from them. Save your money or just avoid the Drybar at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas.

It was a nice experience the workers are very welcoming and nice. I admire their patients with customers. They sanitize after every single client which is very nice

Looked better when I came in (which is hard to do). Style I ended up with had no curl and was completely uneven. Team was very nice which is the only reason for the extra star. I’ve been here many times that will never go back.

Always a great time! Always walk out feeling amazing and beautiful. Never question what they want to do... They can recommend, create and I'm always in love!

I went here for my wedding hair. The beautician washed my hair and that was like a massage, dried it, did a blow out, put my extensions in beautifully and styled them, and they stayed in for two days! I looked beautiful on my wedding day!
