wasn’t many people in here but my customer service was top notch regardless. help me found my product and suggested further product when I asked for it. her opinion was trusted because she seemed to have a lot of project knowledge.

Felicia is the worst!!! I went in to get help finding make up and when telling her what I needed she rudely ignored me to help someone else. I guess it's because I maybe didn't appear to be as wealthy as the couple but that's not an excuse. I go there every other Friday and spend my hard earned money and feel that I should be treated the same as any other customer. Because of this I will be taking my business else where. I hope others aren't treated that way.

THIS ULTA HORRIBLE. i’ve never been treated so poorly, i work in retail and i know what the requirement for MINIMUM costumer service are. and let me tell you snatching the product from a costumer hands isnt it. Just go to Sephora or Mac, i’ve had wayyy better experience there, which you’d think it’d be the other way around. i didn’t get the girls name but she’s blonde, has a really bad attitude, and very white girl snobby. i’ve been to this location before with my mother and they treated us poorly then. This ulta has lost 2 lifetime costumers.

Today was my first time going to this location at Town Square and was the Worst experience in years of buying in ULTA and being ULTA cardholder. Horrible customer service I've seen in my life very sad because a worker made me feel the worst way she take some perfumes from my hands (she was very rude to me ) i just was trying to decide on which one i was going to buy (I have no need to steal) So I felt very discriminated i end up spending $ 181.84 but im really disappointed because nobody never make me fell like that really sad . Worst ULTA location I've eve been too i love ULTA but this location in particular not good at all
